FAQs

1. How do I place an order? 

Browse or search our website and once you've found the product you're looking for, click the "add to basket" button. 

Once you're ready to checkout, click the "proceed to checkout" button on the basket page. 

You can pay immediately using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, G Pay or Klarna. 

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team who can help take your order over the phone. 


2. Can I add to my order?

We can't always guarantee this but please email your order number and phone number and we'll always do our upmost to help. 


3. How long are your delivery times? 

Standard delivery: 

3 - 5 working days 

Next day delivery: 

1 working day 


4. Do you provide tracking information? 

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you should begin to receive updates from the courier about where your parcel is. If you have any questions about tracking, please contact our customer service team who will always be on hand to help. 


5. How can I change my delivery address? 

Pending the parcel has not left our warehouse, please email support@youresesntialshop.co.uk with your order number and we can amend the address for you. If the parcel has left our warehouse, we can contact the courier for you, although you may be able to do this yourself using the tracking information. If you have any questions though, please don't hesitate to call 0800 009 6937. 


6. What happens if I am out and my parcel is delivered? 

If you are not at home and the item requires a signature, then the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour, if you have selected this option with the delivery service. Alternatively, they'll leave a calling card to arrange a more suitable time for delivery. 


7. Can I cancel my order? 

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Please email support@youressentialshop.co.uk


8. Do you accept returns/exchanges? 

Yes, simply send the product back to us via your chosen courier service, and once returned to our warehouse, we'll send a refund or exchange the product for you.


9. The product has arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?

Please contact the customer service team and they will help you with this. 


10. How do I contact customer services?

Our customer service opening times are 9:30am until 3:30PM Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. If you do call outside of these hours, please leave us a voicemail with your name, number and order number and we will call you back within our office opening hours.
